Promoting Wellness and Recovery
This lesson is aimed at introducing different types of injuries, roles of a trainer in addressing injuries, various exercises to help support the recovery process, a detailed review of the rehabilitation process along with different phases of rehabilitation.

- Learners are able to discuss and interpret different types of injuries along with the risk factors involved in such injuries.
- Learners are able to apply their knowledge from DPT to suggest suitable exercises for client with certain types in injuries.
- Learners are able to employ principles and techniques of rehabilitation.
- Learners are able to implement effective rehabilitation strategies and exercises specific to different types of injuries, promoting optimal recovery, restoration of function, and safe return to physical activity.
